From the first consultation I felt at ease and knew that Mr Theokli was listening to my concerns and then was advising in the best interest for my son. He explained the issues he could see and potential solutions in a non medical way with a drawing so that I understood, and gave me options to consider. My son was nervous before we went into the hospital but the nurses and even receptionist made him feel at ease. We went ahead with surgery. Spencer hospitals paediatric nurses were great with the preop and I felt informed and as ready as I could have been for his surgery (an adenotonsillectomy). On the day of surgery again, I felt like I was kept well informed and all of the medical staff we saw were friendly and helpful. The debrief after the surgery was clear and delivered in a human, rather than clinical, way. I felt like all of the people involved in Josh’s care that day were really looking out for him. Thanks!

Mr Wasson has been the only person (out of many) I have visited who has helped me with my debilitating condition and enabled me to lead a relatively normal life. He takes time to listen and thinks ‘out of the box’ of ways to help me. His secretary has also been very efficient and helpful. Cannot recommend Mr Wasson highly enough.

Mr Theokoi was so reassuring and explained in detail everything that the operation involved. He put my mind at rest and answered all my questions. He left the decision to me to have the operation when I felt the time was right for me and no pressure was put upon me.

I had been seeing another Dr for 19 years but sadly he retired. I chose Mr Wasson and was very impressed with his listening and his explaining the procedure I was really nervous but I will see him on a yearly basis now. Would absolutely recommend. Secretary Alison was really nice and helpful.

We had a really great experience today with Dr Theokli. He was friendly, enthusiastic and clearly very knowledgable. He was great with our 2 year old and made him, and us feel at ease. He carried out the procedure on our sons ears with care and explained everything to us in detail. Thank you so much!

I see Mr Theokli regularly for check ups following diagnosis and treatment for nasal cancer. Over the past 2 and a half years he has always show a kind and caring approach, understanding my anxiety and listening to any concerns I have. He is thorough and very reassuring. I cannot speak highly enough of the care and attention I received from Mr Theokli and his team when I underwent a procedure at the One Ashford Hospital. Prior to the operation Mr Theokli answered all my concerns and put me very much at ease. Post operative care was of the highest standard and I felt better immediately. I visited the One Ashford Hospital yesterday Thursday 21st July 2022 to see Mr Chris Theoki about my vertigo. On arrival I was greeted by a lovely receptionist who booked me in it was the first time I had visited this hospital and I was most impressed. This is the second time I have seen Mr Chris Theoki and each time he has been so pleasant understanding kind and he listens. He did the epilepsy manoeuvre 2 and when I had it done last time this manoeuvre worked no sickness and my head was clear no dizziness and I was able to get on with my life. My vertigo came back three weeks ago I phoned Alison Bampton his secretary who is also pleasant very helpful and efficient she got me this app today I cannot praise Mr Chris Theoki and his secretary enough this is an excellent service I have received and would definately recommend them to my friends and family thank you again Mrs Judith Thorpe.

This consultant is always helpful, friendly, very easy to talk to and I have seen him a number of times. I would thoroughly recommend anyone to see him as he will always offer advice and what to do next.

I saw Mr Theokli at the One Ashford Hospital in Ashford, he was caring and compassionate he listed for the first time in two years of feeling very unwell he took the time to listen to me didn’t rush me asked me questions about what I was telling him then examined me and found the root of my problem I can highly recommend him. Thank you Mr Theokli from the bottom of my heart. I would also like to thank his amazing secretary who didn’t treat me like I was mad but understood and didn’t judge and helped move the process along quickly. Thank you Alison you’re a star I’m rating this super team 100/10 – you’re both amazing.
